  1. I'm sure you can imagine that I think these two women are interfering busybodies, who don't understand library ethics.

  2. You raise an interesting point. In reading several blogs/discussion list posts, there's a tendency for some MLIS-holders to say something to the effect of, "Well, they're paraprofessionals, and what do you expect?" Whenever I've had an opportunity, I've interjected to say, "If they had come through our program at MCTC, I would expect some professional ethics." :)
